Rajesh Sethuraman
CEO
Rajesh is a corporate communication and relationship management professional with over 30 years of domestic and international experience. He has a Masters Degree in Marketing Management from Mumbai University. He has vast experience in the areas of corporate training and event management. He is also the Founder-Director of Imbibe Languages and Soft Skills Training Pvt. Ltd. (ILSST.) ILSST is an Associate Training Partner of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector Skill Council of India.
Kedar Bhagat
Creative Director and Mentor
Kedar is a dynamic percussionist and accomplished music producer based in Mumbai, celebrated for his innovative soundscapes and contributions to Bollywood and Gujarati music. His distinctive approach to music production earned him acclaim with the soundtrack of the Gujarati blockbuster Aav Taru Kari.
Over the years, Kedar has collaborated with legendary artists, including the iconic Asha Bhosle ji, serving as her music arranger for live concerts across India and overseas. His production work is known for its clarity, emotional depth, and ability to elevate the artist’s performance.
In addition to producing music, Kedar has mentored emerging talent on major Indian music reality shows such as Indian Idol, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, and Voice of India. His keen ear and creative direction have made him a sought-after figure in both live and recorded music circles.
