Meet The Minds

Dr. Mangalam Rajesh

Founder

Mangalam is a passionate Educator with rich experience of over 15 years in the fields of teaching and education management. She has earned her Doctorate from Kerala University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Mumbai University. She writes poetry and has also contributed articles at various forums. Mangalam has published a book on modern day Hindi satire.

She has founded Sanskruti, a Playgroup & Nursery for young children. She has also formed Winners and Toppers Academy to coach school and college students with a view to help them to excel in academics.

Rajesh Sethuraman

Chief Executive Officer

Rajesh is a Corporate Communications and Relationship Management professional with over 20 years of rich international and multi-cultural experience. He has worked in the Education, Software, BPO and Insurance sectors. He has headed the Corporate Communication Division at leading companies in the BFSI, ITES and sports domains. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from Mumbai University.

Rajesh is also a specialist soft skills and communication trainer, Mr. Rajesh is an English language enabler. He is responsible for the overall operations at IBS.

Kavita Saxena

Operations Head

Kavita is passionate about creating impactful outreach solutions to help clients scale their businesses. She is an ardent believer in following principles driven by ethics. With over 14 years of experience, besides managing Indian clients, she also caters to clients from Thailand, Iran, Hong Kong and the UAE.

Kavita has also established “The SaiSparsh Trust”, an organisation which focuses on empowering women and children from underprivileged communities.
